"This plant sometimes produces silvery edges on its leaves, which disappear all of a sudden. It does well under water and because of its though leaf it is a good alternative for anubiassen. For instance Bass will leave it alone. It very slowly produces side shoots and when it produces these you can use it as a forefront plant for 6 months and then move it back to the middle of background of the aquarium. The leaves are long and narrow on a stem."
